Papaya Facial Mask

Description:
Papayas contain an enzyme that is known to not only promote healthy skin cells, but it also gently cleanses the skin. Papaya facial masks are a great weekly routine to clean your outter your healthy layer of skin. It also helps to prevent and treat acne, and help prevent future breakouts.

Ingredient:
1/2 Cup of Fresh Papaya
1 Cup of Plain Yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Honey

Method to apply:
1. Cut up the papaya into small to medium sized pieces and blend until smooth in either a mixer or blender. If you don't have either of these, I suggest using a soft papaya (very ripe) and mashing it with a wooden spoon.
2. As soon as the papaya is smooth, add in the honey and blend together quickly.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and then slowly fold the yogurt into the mix. It's best to use a spatula or wooden spoon for this step.
4. If you're not going to use the facial mask right away, you can store it in the fridge for several hours, but I suggest making it before you plan to use it.
5. To use the mask, smooth the mixture out onto your face evenly and allow the facial mask to sit on the face for 10-15 minutes.
6. Gently clean the mask off after the time is up, use either cold or room temperature water.
